Very helpful sales consultant I contacted them through the Internet and advised them I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot, I provided a link to a very similar vehicle a I contacted them through the Internet and advised them I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot, I provided a link to a very similar vehicle at another dealer and asked if they would compete, I got a couple responses from sales people, ranging from come talk to me to go buy the other one that price is good. Lindsay Wagner texted me as said she thought she could come close to that price, that I should come in and check it out. I did, and she was right they came way down and I got the car I wanted. Alex in the business office was also very professional and crisp with the financing process. I also felt as if the dealership was extremely fair in negotiating the trade in value of my used vehicle. My lease was due to expire in the near future and I was exploring my options. I had spoken with a sales rep, the current situation prevented me from moving forward; or so I thought. I was also working with another dealer. My goal was to lower my monthly payments. So I was considering a smaller vehicle (2016 Honda Civic) than I currently have (2013 Avalon). Lindsay Wagner, the sales rep at IG Toyota, became aware of the situation and reached out to me. Her call was unsolicited on my part.
