Based on the concern communicated to our team, we verified operation of the fog lights and high beams during the inspection and our shop foreman confirmed there were no additional concerns relating to the recall work performed. It appears there may have been some miscommunication regarding the headlamp switch position and how the automatic headlamp setting affects high beam operation. We would never intentionally mislead a guest regarding the condition or operation of their vehicle, and we apologize if the communication during your visit did not provide the clarity you expected. If you would like, we would be happy to take another look with you present so we can ensure everything is operating as intended and answer any questions regarding the lighting system functions.
