I was thoroughly impressed with the service from everyone that worked with me in the purchase of my new 2023 Kia Niro PHEV. All the more so when you consider the fact that I am an out of state custo everyone that worked with me in the purchase of my new 2023 Kia Niro PHEV. All the more so when you consider the fact that I am an out of state customer and that most everything was conducted in one day thru 4 texts with Kia Sales Dept including a crackerjack Salesman (Tramain) and outstanding Customer Service Assistant (Lindsey). That same dedicated service was provided on my visit to the Dealer in signing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle. There, Joe and Tramain worked seemlessly in my completing the paperwork, test drive and training and set up of software and instruments that was no small task. The transaction and final paperwork was handled by another very talented and helpful Manager (Bob) in a courteous and prompt fashion. This was definitely one of the best car buying experiences in my life that is solely do to these very personable and professional folks at the Raymond Kia Dealership.
