Pretty nice place. Very accommodating waiting room. But 2½ hours for a oil change and tire rotation seemed a bit of a stretch. Had TV's in the waiting room but they was not on, so needless to say 2 ½ hours went by slow. What could they possibly be doing that long? I made my appointment at opening (8 o'clock) just so I could get in and out quickly and that just did not happen at all. Was pleased with basically everything except for being there for so long for maybe a 45 minute job. More

They address what was wrong with my vehicle but they charge way too much for services to be done. I normally go to the chevy dealership in Bristol VA. They give me a discount. They don't here.
