He encouraged me to look at prior service invoices and we discovered some shocking negative information about services provided by another Toyota dealership. Needless to say, Family Toyota in Burleson will be the ONLY Toyota dealership I go to from now on. I will definitely recommend them to others because of the knowledgeable, friendly and fast service I always receive. We had been car shopping all day and showed up at Family Toyota close to dinner time. They didn't give us the normal sales spiel, they were straightforward, answered all my questions, had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go, didn't give us the back-and-forth "I have to check with my manager about pricing" bologna, and gave us a good deal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Lindsey and Josh were easy to work with, and Pete was helpful on the financing side. I would definitely do business with Family Toyota again! Thank you!
