Purchasing a new car at Kelly Infiniti was a very positive and refreshing experience. The sales approach is low pressure and the entire staff is well versed in the products offered. I just purchased a new Q50 and my salesman Cong Truong did a great job explaining all the new features on the Q50. I appreciated all the time he took with me to insure that I was completely informed and comfortable with the technology as well as the vehicle itself. This is my 3rd Infiniti from Kelly and its always a pleasurable experience at this dealership. Lisa and the entire staff is top notch and highly recommended, they have a very personal approach. I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in the past and I would have to say Kelly Infiniti is the best experience that I have had. Cudos to the entire staff. More

I hate shopping for cars and I have never shopped pre owned before so it felt as if I were wandering around in a maze. I went to 3 dealerships and saw 3 reasonable vehicles on a Sunday and then went ho owned before so it felt as if I were wandering around in a maze. I went to 3 dealerships and saw 3 reasonable vehicles on a Sunday and then went home to decide. At Kelly Infiniti Jeff directed me away from a smaller model I was looking at and steered me to the one I purchased..a much more luxurious vehicle and I think a lot of car for the money. It was the best car of the three though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. Jeff was extremely helpful and when he sent me to Adam for the financing I was even more pleasantly surprised. One doesn't expect the financing to be fun but it was and comfortable.also. I could not pick up the vehicle when it was ready and poor Jeff felt terrible that he was going to be away the next day..no problem. Ken Tarpley was equally pleasant; he helped me to understand features I had never had before. And then Lisa checked with me to see if the process had gone smoothly. I have to say I was very impressed with the service at Kelly Infiniti. As I wandered the showroom waiting for Jeff to finish something for me, everyone asked if I was being helped. The women on the desk at the door were equally attentive. I could have purchased any car from any dealer but I am happy I ended up at Kelly Infiniti. They not only "made it easy" but I really felt everyone there wanted me to be happy. Where so you get that these days? More

The sales staff at Kelly are the most honest group of people I have ever encountered at a car dealership. From the first telephone call, handled by Kate Goutal to the final good by as I drove off the lot people I have ever encountered at a car dealership. From the first telephone call, handled by Kate Goutal to the final good by as I drove off the lot by, Joe Loan, it was a pleasant and unusual experience. This group of individuals worked as a team from start to finish. Joe Carrasquillo and General Manager, Lisa Avola, ensured that the whole process was seamless. My experience at Kelly Infiniti was excellent. Everyone that we met with was friendly, professional and helpful. We felt like we were treated well on every visit. The best experience I have ever had at any car dealer! Leagues above any other Infiniti dealer in the Boston area! I was able to purchase my car with little effort, waiting and everyone from Cong (our sa Leagues above any other Infiniti dealer in the Boston area! I was very happy when I received the letter to be able to get out of my lease and get into an SUV. The first person who made contact was Daniela. She was polite and return info in a very timely manner. Next get out of my lease and get into an SUV. The first person who made contact was Daniela. She was polite and return info in a very timely manner. Next we met with Cong who we had met in the winter. He is very nice, business like and knowledgable too. Again things moved along very well. I also met with Dave and agian very professional. Lisa also was very pleasant too. All and all a very good experience at Kelly ! I am very happy to have such a nice car to drive my grandsons in ! More

Matt went above and beyond his salesman role, he's a honest person who has great product knowledge , he was always available to answer a question , and was great a following through. I rate Kelly Infiniti a perfect 5 because they did everything right. My wife and I are returning customers to Kelly Infiniti. From the time we walked into the dealership and until we left, we were n everything right. My wife and I are returning customers to Kelly Infiniti. From the time we walked into the dealership and until we left, we were not pressured at all. Jason Piazza was our Sales person. Jason has to be one of the sharpest individuals @ Kelly Infiniti because he knew every answer to all my questions asked bout the 2012 G37X car. He was very professional as well as very detailed from the beginning to end. He also was professional while the negotiations were going on. If I were to recommend a Sales person, I would recommend Jason @ Kelly Infiniti. One other highlight about Jason, his quick repsonses on email. If I had a question, he quickly responded with an answer. Although Jason was my Sales person, I like to say thank you to the whole team we came in contact with, Lisa, Carl, and George. I know if I had any issues with our current vehicles, Kelly Infiniti would be there to help. My wife and I are very happy to say that we bought our car from Kelly Infiniti. My wife and I bought Infiniti's from Kelly years ago and had an incredible experience. Unfortunately my wifes car had a transmission issue (a QX4), and the dealer replaced it in two days, provided a lonaer, had an incredible experience. Unfortunately my wifes car had a transmission issue (a QX4), and the dealer replaced it in two days, provided a lonaer, cleaned the car up like new, and gave us a $0 bill. That's service! We recently moved back to the Boston area and I went right back to Kelly Infiniti. I walked in, was great by the sales manager Lisa Avola, she immediately gathered a little info on me and introduced me to Kyle Mosley, who put me in the exact car I wanted and ended up buying. Due to travel all of my negotaiations were via email, I shot them a few comps, and they beat them. I got a great deal, got financing with Meegan Best done in about 15 minutes, and was treated with the respect i execpted from my prior dealings with Kelly. More
