Service Excellence I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey continues to ask questions about the virus, and how the staff handled it. I felt very safe. The recall on my Jeep had to do with tightening the bolts holding on the windshield wipers. I am nearly 80 years old, and very concerned about my health and safety during these terrible times. Service was very sensitive to this, and allowed me to stay in my car at the service entrance while the 5 minute job was completed. I mean who does that? This goes beyond my expectations. You folks are the best..... Thank you. Alan More

Everyone at the dealership was great. When I first arrived I met Colleen at the front desk, she was very pleasant and sent me to Service where Nick got me set up. New Chrysler 300, wouldn't start three weeks later Bought car at good price. Sale and finance went great. Three weeks later car had to be towed back because it wouldn't start. Two days later car ready. Bought car at good price. Sale and finance went great. Three weeks later car had to be towed back because it wouldn't start. Two days later car ready...No, again it would not start when I tried to leave the dealership . Told again the car was ready and Shawn said to pick up the next day and after a mechanic's failed start in am on day of pickup I received no call. I arrived to pick up vehicle as scheduled to only find out that it was not ready. No communication led to further frustration, and Shawn instead of turning on "Customer Service Mode" decides to throw his arms in the air and says"he is done with this claim" and walks away from me! I've never experienced such poor customer service from any dealership, Lisa Dunne stepped in and did her best to do her best to make up for Shawn's appalling behavior. It took eight days for the dealership to fix my new car, not at all what you would expect for a new car in this price range. More

Worst service I have ever had in a car dealership. My maintenance package was canceled for some reason and had to pay $98 for an oil change and wait to be reimbursed. I received no call back or any update of my refund and reason why maintenance was canceled. Car should have come out washed and clean but was dirtier than when I brought it in. More
