Simply terrible Absolutely the worst. The “customer service representatives” here are sales reps plain and simple. If they can increase your bill they’d love to talk Absolutely the worst. They couldn’t care less. I’ve owned 6 Rams and 4 Jeeps over the years (ex-wife’s). Loved the product, particularly my Rebel, but after my latest experience with Central, I think when my lease is up, I will be going to Ford. More
