It is a minor complaint but I think legitimate. When I dropped the car off to be inspected, I was told that I would get a phone call when the inspection was done and they would send someone to pick me up. That call never came until I called the switchboard and asked for an update. The service department called me while I was on hold. I just wonder if I would have been without my car until the next day if I had not called to check the status. A week later I received a call that they needed to have my bring the car in to see if you had the part for the recall in stock or if it needed to be ordered. When I told the lady that I was hoping it was a call to bring it back in to be repaired because I had already had it in for inspection, she was surprised. I thought it was odd that she was not aware that the car had been looked at and the part was ordered. To her credit, she checked with someone who told her the part was in stock so we set up an appointment for repair. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and personnel.
