I was stranded at the busy intersection of 3 lanes of traffic because my motor had died. It took a half hour just to get someone to answer the insurance co claim number, and they said it would be 2 hours traffic because my motor had died. It took a half hour just to get someone to answer the insurance co claim number, and they said it would be 2 hours to get a tow truck. I was terribly afraid of being hit because I have serious back problems and had a healing fracture. Lisa at service answering called Toyota's tow service and they were there in a half hour. It was the alternator. I always have my repair service done at Toyota, where I bought my Toyota used. (35K on a Toyota is practically new.) I love it and them! M.C. Berkhousen More

Recently made appt to bring car in for safety recall… That went very well… Inquired at the same time about notice received related to pealing paint… Asked if that could be checked at the same time… Was t That went very well… Inquired at the same time about notice received related to pealing paint… Asked if that could be checked at the same time… Was told I’d have to make 2nd appt at Jim White body shop to have that addressed… I felt like it could have been handled in one visit by Jim White if they valued my business… That’s why I rated my experience the way that I did… More
