Long overdue review for Absolute Auto in Brockton. I bought a "Spice orange" ford escape back in 2019. The sales experience was very relaxed and pressure free. I appreciated Mark's candidness. About a couple of months later, my car experienced an issue with its rear differential. I was stressed and thought I may have purchased a lemon. I was also concerned that Absolute wouldn't address the issue. I called Absolute and was told to bring the car in. Rob and his mechanics fixed the problem ($1K+ replacement) cost-free. Since then, knock on wood, the car has been great! I've now had it for 2 years with just typical oil changes required. A huge thanks to Mark and Rob for all their help & honesty throughout the process. I wish you were closer to me so I could continue bringing my car in to you guys for service. A+ More

I had my daughter bring her car in for service for something going on with her back brakes and it was just about a week and a half over the warranty.
