I have been a loyal customer of King Windward Nissan since 2002 and have only purchased Nissan cars from them for the past 18 years. Their service is great, and more importantly, it is the service they since 2002 and have only purchased Nissan cars from them for the past 18 years. Their service is great, and more importantly, it is the service they provide when things aren't going well that is the most impressive. During my recent vehicle purchase last month (my 6th purchase), the service I received from Edy, Lisa, Sherman and Pat was exceptional. Their ability to go above and beyond to address my concerns and commitment to do all possible to ensure I wa happy with my vehicle purchase is exactly why I will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. It was a nice experience and it took about 4 hours to complete the purchase of the new car. Found a 1" scratch on the bumper and will be repaired new week Thursday. It was disappointing that they couldn't accommodate my schedule. Also, it was good that they offer free car wash but the hours are M-F 9am to 4pm and no weekend. Not very flexible with the customers schedules. More
