From start to finish my experience was nothing less than completely satisfying. The new facility is great! The ease of access in dropping off the car is remarkable and the only thing lacking in the waitin completely satisfying. The new facility is great! The ease of access in dropping off the car is remarkable and the only thing lacking in the waiting room is a view of the Rocky Mountains to the west. (Oh well, the view of the Atlantic Ocean to the east ain't bad.) For me the best part of the experience was Tyler, my customer service rep. What a guy -- professional and courteous and knowledgeable through and through. When I was done and drove off I said to myself, "I used to buy cars for the make and model. Now I am forever a Subaruite because of the service center. No kidding. More

Took my 2017 WRX in for a reoccurring battery issue I did not have an appointment and just shows up on a Friday. They looked very busy but were able to look at my car by te following Monday. Mitch helped check me in, my service advisor was Scott. Everything was fine, had a minor issue that Lisa Mullenberg was nice enough to assist me with. Service was quick and the staff was professional, and everyone I saw was properly masked and mindful of social distancing and other COVID protocols.
