We looked around online, found a car that we fell in love with at Merchants, and took a drive down. I walked in ready to fight and haggle to get the pricing I wanted, even printing off comparable cars in the area to use as bargaining chips. We worked with Lisa, explained that we are expecting our first child in August and loved the car but needed the price to come down a bit. No questions asked, she went straight to her manager to see what they could do. The price they came back with was right up our ally and fell into the comparable cars in the area ballpark. Steve in finance was great and worked with us, got to know us, and found financing that worked for our budget. He was relatable and again built our trust in the large purchase we were making. The overall experience was a wonderful one. We highly recommended Merchants in Hooksett, just don't be intimidated by all of the sales people standing outside when you drive in. More

Wasn't what I expected but matched my needs perfectly. The whole transaction was smooth even with a few minor bumps, It was nice to deal with a dealer that listened to what I thought was my needs and then suggest something that was a little different. Instead of them trying to sell me a vehicle I did not want or could not afford. Thanks again for the great service. More

Very flexible as my daughter was with me and is 19 months old, Merchants itself was accommodating. There was toys for her to play with, books for her to read, popcorn for her to eat and fishes for her to look at! As if that wasn't enough the sales reps went out of their way to bring her Balloons. Steve Coimbria was also very informative and patient as my 19 month old was very into talking to mommy and he loved the songs from Frozen! This is a family oriented place and I appreciated that. More

Lisa took the time to understand what I was looking for and put me in a super beautiful 2013 Dodge Ram 1500, and the red really works for me. Thank-you Lisa 100% on your knowledge, and professionalism. Also, a 100% shout out to Steve Coimbria, for his knowledge of navigating the financing for my truck.
