A 2015 Impala with less than 20,000 miles. He carefully explained the car's many fine features and several optional programs to prolong the life of the car. He personally introduced us to the people specializing in these extended programs and warranties. He accompanied us on a "test drive" to familiarize us with the car. When I got to the dealership, I was met Bruce Varner, who went out of his way to locate the car and keys for the specific car that I had been looking at. We went for a test drive and I immediately decided that was the one I wanted. Bruce told me up front how much the car was to b discounted, so I knew exactly what it was going to cost and didn't have to play the game of haggling about the price. The purchase went very smoothly.
