Overall I had a really nice experience. Roland had wonderful customer service skills and answered all my questions. I purchased my titan from your dealership and always bring it there for service. Your employees are generally very friendly, courteous and try to be helpful. Unfortunately I've experienced frustration bring it there for service. Your employees are generally very friendly, courteous and try to be helpful. Unfortunately I've experienced frustration multiple times when I've had issues. I noticed bolts missing in my tailgate and some mounting brackets under my hood. I was told that it was my problem and not covered. I purchased my truck new. I did not remove them. This is a quality control issue. I reached out to one of your sales managers concerning some inconsistency in my clear coat. He provided a subcontractor contact info. That contractor refused repairs. When I brought this to the sales managers attention he showed no interest and wouldn't discuss further. I purchased the clear coat protection from Nissan. Nissan. Your subcontractors are a reflection of you. Why purchase the added protection if no one will honor the agreement? Lastly during my latest visit I learned squirrels had eaten a significant portion of my wiring. Whereas your technician was helpful and thorough. He also found the situation amusing. He especially found amusing how much he and the dealership were going to charge for repairs. This displayed a lack of professionalism. I like your dealership and most of it's staff. Improvement could be made in how customers issues are resolved. More
