In 30 years of being in business and purchasing new vehicles I have never had the excellent experience I have encountered at Ford Lincoln of Queens. From the start with my first phone call inquiring ab vehicles I have never had the excellent experience I have encountered at Ford Lincoln of Queens. From the start with my first phone call inquiring about a new vehicle and options to the finish with picking up our new vehicle everyone was so easy to work with and made us comfortable with every detail including some extras we needed after the sale. In the past 30 plus years of working with dealers for new vehicle purchases there has always been some sort of misunderstanding or doubt near the end of each purchase creating a feeling of being mislead. This has caused us to never buy twice from the same dealer. This dealer was the exact opposite with no doubts at anytime. We will look to purchase again without any hesitation from this dealer. The sales people and the finance people and the owner had advised without even being asked and again made for a extremely pressure free comfortable environment and purchase. They all made you feel they care. This dealer is a winner and I hope they don't ever change their ways. More

Liz made my purchase experience the most pleasant, she knew her product, was able to answer all my questions effectively and efficiently while being utmost professional. This was not my first new purchase but it was definately the quickest one. From the Sales person, Liz, to the floor manager and the IT genteleman, the entire team was absolutley great to work with. I am now considering the purchase of a Focus for my son, at the same dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with this Ford Dealership and they truly represent all that Ford stands for. After having been given the round-around for several days by another dealer in Manhattan, I did an online search and found Ford Lincoln of Queens. Not only were they straight- forward and friendly, but I wa by another dealer in Manhattan, I did an online search and found Ford Lincoln of Queens. Not only were they straight- forward and friendly, but I was in my new 2012 Ford Escape in two days!!! and at a much lower price than the other dealership. A month later, I referred a family member to the same person that assisted me and she too was behind the wheel of her new vehicle the very same day she went there and again at a lower price than she was being quoted at another dealership. More
