While I was debating to trade my 2008 Fusion in for an update, I walked into this dealership to look for a deal. I was floored, surprised, enchanted and informed by the best saleswoman on the planet. I am a Ford loyal customer but my expectations were satisfied by the talent and experience of Liz's approach. She was exceptional in her recommendations,her ability to answer my questions, she was more that courteous. She understood what I wanted and needed to maximize the deal. I was in on a Saturday afternoon,shown the car I wanted. I was without my wife so I couldn't immediately make the fabulous deal. I returned on Sunday and Michael Duff took up the flag and we finalized the deal. My wife and I are ecstatic. The 2012 Fusion is everything we hoped for and more. I am grateful to them both and I will return and recommend anyone who is looking for a Ford to run don't walk to Ford Lincoln Queens thanks to Liz and Michael. More

Car buying/leasing can be very stressful to say the least. Liz was fabulous, recommending choices, giving us advice while allowing us time to toss things around privately. We let him, and yet were still able to "sleep on it." After all was said and done we leased a georgeous 2013 Escape SEL with way more bells and whistles than expected for the price. Reggie worked wonders and moved mountains getting financing in spite of our special circumstances. And Zen was a great teacher giving us all the information we needed to get moving. We got a deal that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than any other offer for cars equipped with fewer options. The car was prepped while we waited and was delivered in perfect condition. All the electronics and technology were set up for us so our first drive home was very enjoyable. Liz, our salesperson, deserves special mention. I have purchased or leased many cars over the years and negotiated the lease of and managed a fleet of cars for a former employer. I have never met a salesperson at any dealership that was more knowledgeable about the vehicles than Liz. She is fair, sharp, and she listens. She does not play games with pricing.
