Amazing experience: So this is my third truck lease with them the first two were with Neil Polzin and this one was with Lizette Vega. Neil evidently got promoted to anot So this is my third truck lease with them the first two were with Neil Polzin and this one was with Lizette Vega. Neil evidently got promoted to another department and rightfully so because he is awesome. I was kind of dreading taking my truck in and drug my feet, finally I emailed Lizette and told her I wanted to do it. She booked me an inspection appointment for my lease trade in. Then once I got there while my truck was inspected we went shopping for my truck. Amazingly there were about 12-15 that met my criteria!!!! I found one with a front bench seat instead of a console so now I have seating for 6 in my work/family truck!!!! Yahoo!!! Once I found the truck the rest was a breeze I filled out and signed my paperwork and my new truck was washed and cleaned. I took pictures with my new truck. Lizette did a stellar job constantly checking in with me and making sure I was comfortable, had any questions, and put my mind at ease...AND I GOT A NEW TRUCK OMG! This is the nicest truck I have ever owned...it’s amazing, Lizette is amazing, Longo is amazing...maybe I used amazing too many times....Nah...AMAZING!!!! More

Unfortunately the two factory dealers near our home only had one vehicle each in the trim and color we wanted, and neither had the factory package tha Unfortunately the two factory dealers near our home only had one vehicle each in the trim and color we wanted, and neither had the factory package that we were looking for. But Longo had half a dozen vehicles that matched our preferences. So it was worth driving 35 miles to Longo (this is the fourth time we've purchased or leased from them). We'd previously spent a lot of time researching vehicle options and thought we understood them all, but our salesperson Lizette really knew her stuff and politely corrected us on a few misunderstandings. She was also completely patient as we worked through possible color and package alternatives, a few test drives, and finally negotiating the price. It's usually an all day affair when we make the trek to Longo but Lizette made it more than bearable, and we are very happy with our new RAV4! (Peter & Elvie) P.S. Thanks also to finance manager Louis who helped us with the paperwork, and our previous salesperson Hovig who called us on his day off to refer us to Lizette. More
