The service here is beyond 5/5 stars. I would give more if I could. Phil, Troy, Gary, and the whole service crew is beyond AMAZING. I cannot say enough about them. Excellent service I had a problem with my 2010 ML that was difficult to diagnose so my car was in the service department for several days. But, I was given a loaner eve I had a problem with my 2010 ML that was difficult to diagnose so my car was in the service department for several days. But, I was given a loaner even though my car is well out of warranty AND the problem was resolved at no charge. The service manager, Troy, used a new product that helps remove carbon from the valves and my car is running smoothly again. More

Initially I thought that the service department would be able to give me a time estimate. I do not know why they said it could be an hour or could take 3-4 hours. Would recommend dealership to others. More

My only suggestion on a better service experience is that it would be nice to call the customer ahead of time before the service is done to give them a cost estimate. No surprises! More
