It Was A Pleasure Most of us do not like taking your vehicle in for service, but M-Benz of Columbus makes it painless. We have been customers at M-Benz of Columbus for Most of us do not like taking your vehicle in for service, but M-Benz of Columbus makes it painless. We have been customers at M-Benz of Columbus for 9 years and have been very happy. This visit I needed to have both driver & passenger airbags replaced because of a recall, as well as my annual service A. I was anxious because I did not know what was involved with replacing the airbags. Troy was understanding and put my mind at ease. He explained everything in detail. The service dept. handled the airbag replacements and service in an extremely timely manner. Lizzy and Phil were both very helpful, courteous and explained everything in detail as well. Thanks to everyone for your continued help. More

Survey Response First two peoople at service desk (Elizabeth in particular and another male) were not friendly or helpful. In fact each time I have gone to the servi First two peoople at service desk (Elizabeth in particular and another male) were not friendly or helpful. In fact each time I have gone to the service center she has not been responsive in assisting me. I stood at the desk for a few moments and the two who were initially at the desk acted as though I was not standing before them. They never looked up to stop their conversation and never acknowledged me, The gentleman who wrote up my ticket (Jerry)was very helpful and responsive. More

Excellent Customer Service I live in Montgomery, Alabama and there is a Mercedes Dealer here, but my husband and I enjoy the customer service we receive from this Dealership.
