I had to wait all of 4 hours to get a tire put on that i ordered from you all. The front Desk clerk was amazing. She greeted me by name as I exited the car explained the services and gave me recommendations etc. It was my first visit at this particular dealershi She greeted me by name as I exited the car explained the services and gave me recommendations etc. It was my first visit at this particular dealership and almost everyone from front desk, the mechanics and salesmen that I came in contact with we're all very friendly. It made my early Saturday morning Betty pleasant. Great staff and service! More

I had an appointment for a 10:15 last Tuesday morning for a specific set of vehicle repairs on my 2010 ML350, and the service advisor knew that my wife would be arriving from the Atlanta airport on Wednesday a specific set of vehicle repairs on my 2010 ML350, and the service advisor knew that my wife would be arriving from the Atlanta airport on Wednesday at noon to pick up the vehicle to drive home. By 5:25 PM Tuesday, I had not been called by my service advisor on anything. I called the dealership, and he had nothing from the tech, made an excuse about computers being down, and said he would walk out to talk to the tech and call me right back. By 6:00 PM, I had heard nothing and called back because I knew the service department was closing, but my service manager had already left for the day. The next morning, I called first thing and found out my service advisor had not come in that day. One of the other advisors called me back and was willing to help except that she called me back later in the morning to tell me that nothing had been done to my car because I had to sign a waiver for vehicles over 8 years or 80k miles, which was never mentioned previously. By the time my wife had arrived, nothing had been done, and I pulled the car with no work having been done - not even a diagnostic. This dealership is over an hour from my house, and I completely wasted my time dropping off this car and bringing it back only to have no work done for a scheduled appointment. What is worse is that I now have my airbag disabled from the driver side sensor that the tech obviously disconnected while starting to look over the vehicle. In other words, my airbags won't deploy right now if I were in an accident - a fact now on the written record. And just to add insult to injury, there were greasy handprints throughout the driver area when my wife picked upon the vehicle. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever had from a Mercedes dealer, and I have owned Mercedes vehicles for nearly 20 years. I was expecting these repairs to be multiple thousands of dollars, and I was extremely disappointing how little they cared about what had happened as I have heard nothing since. I'm sure this review will get their attention. On the positive, everyone was very nice, but nice doesn't fix a car. More
