Receiving a text message stating my vehicle has a critical recall just two weeks after purchasing the vehicle did not sit well with me and shows lack of customer service as I should have been contacted by phone. I was not offered any type of transportation accommodations during the scheduling process. Which caused a major inconvenience as I had to find a way to and from dealership, which is 35 mins away from my residents. This is why I say Bryce saved the day, because he offered me a ride share service once I arrived at the dealership. He was very apologetic about my experience and made sure the rest of the process of smooth. Purchasing a vehicle and within two weeks receiving a critical recall notice doesn't prompt me to purchase here again. Lloyd was great, but not too happy with service received. More

I found Sam pack's five Star Chevrolet by receiving an email from cars.com featuring a 2022 F350 Super Duty DRW diesel truck that I've been looking for for some time now. I got a call back right away from Loyd at 5 Star Chevrolet. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner as well as giving me extra input that was very helpful. Lloyd definitely went above and beyond all expectations that I had especially since we were communicating halfway across the country. My wife and I traveled from Myrtle Beach to Dallas to buy our truck.  Loyd made us comfortable which gained our trust right from the start.  His manager Matt was also someone I could trust. Lloyd is exceptional and his manager Matt who is also excellent. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys thay are very honest upfront and if they say they're going to do something they will. You can tell they believe in customer service first at this dealership!!
