He gave me attention and answered my questions even though he had other people to help as well. When it came time to test drive and eventually buy the vehicle, he made the process very straightforward and simple. He didn’t seem bothered by negotiations, just matter of fact. He listened to all of our wants and needs and helped make them all happen!! He even included our kids in the process by making them comfortable. 20/10 recommend Lloyd as your guy!!! He is over the top in communication throughout a multi-day process (since I came when I was in a time crunch) and accommodated my work schedule. He’s FANTASTIC!! (Giovanni and Lee were excellent too!!! Made the deal quick and painless.) More
