Two suggestions, particularly when someone is buying a luxury car ($40+): 1) Provide two keys with car even if you must inbed cost of doing so in deal. Think most customers would appreciate leaving with two keys. 2) Even if the Auto Theft/Maintenance service sold by Rainbow is not purchased, the vehicle should be FULLY detailed (cleaned/washed) for delivery.
