A wierd problem The new vehicle we purchased here in Lewisville for my college daughter was taken to Lubbock (several hundred miles away). She found a dealer there to address a check-engine light problem. After 2 weeks with no repair, not even a diagnosis, and a stranded 19 year old daughter away from home I was unhappy. I was NOT getting straight answers from the service dept there over the phone. I sought explanations and help from my dealership. As always everyone at Sam Pack Lewisville was very attentive, helped by providing info and a couple of phone calls. It was then that things began to happen in Lubbock. May have been coincidence but I doubt it. I really appreciate the customer support and extra effort I received for a situation that was really out of their control. More

I did feel there was still too much back and forth with finanace and once we made a deal then all the warranty and other sales stuff came in. I would prefer to know everything all at once and not continue to be sold things after I agreed on a deal. However it was the team of people that made this a good experience not necessarily the process. I would challenge management to make a better process with such a great team. More

Over a few weeks time of looking at new and used vehicles they always treated us respectfully and did not pressure us to get into something that was not a good fit. When we found the right one they made it happen and were more than willing to stay well after 10 PM on a Saturday to walk us out with our new F-150. I would definitely suggest reaching out to Kameron and Michael Bratcher if you are looking for a new Ford, they will make it happen. Without these two guys I do not think I would be driving a new F-150. Also, even down to the paperwork Gary Burdick did a wonderful job! He made us feel valued, gave us a great deal on a warranty, and also stayed late on a Saturday to process our paperwork. More
