Car prices are not as advertised on the website. It took 3 hours from our decision to purchase the car to finally meet with finance, which is way too long. We were tired and hungry by the time we met with finance, which also felt like a tactic to rush us through without looking at things and asking questions. I understand understaffing, but if it had been clear it would take so long, we would have made an appointment to return. Employees were kind, but overall customer service and transparency are lacking. More
