I had gone to four dealerships to check out new cars and finance rates before coming to Ed Martin Nissan. Logan was so kind and extremely knowledgeable about his product and answered all of my questions wit finance rates before coming to Ed Martin Nissan. I explained to him my situation and the things that were most important to me and he guided me to exactly the right vehicle. Logan went over all the features in the car and made sure I understood how to use them. I told Logan I did not want the usual salesman situation where there would be one offer and then a better offer and then a final offer. I wanted the final offer first. Angela completed the financing arrangements and pointed out places where I could save money. Honesty, kindness and respect are very important to me. This dealership exemplifies all three and I would recommend it to anyone searching for a new vehicle. More

The start-to-finish process was by far the best vehicle purchase I have completed in my life ... and I've been driving for 40 years now! I could not believe how easy (and transparent) the process was. My favorite part, Justo and the finance team did not try to sell me on things I did not need (like gap insurance). For the first time, the experience in "the finance office" was actually pleasant! At the core of this amazing experience was Logan Dresher. I could not imagine dealing with someone who was better in any way, than Logan. He took time to listen to our needs completely before providing any advice or information. When we had a question Logan always restated our question back before giving an answer. He even made it possible to work through our purchase process quickly, providing full details of the models he had on his lot and the pros and cons of each! We basically showed up to purchase our new Pathfinder. We will always return to Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers when we are ready to buy another vehicle. No question. More
