When I dropped off my car I asked the agent how many hours it would take for my car to be ready to make arrangements in my schedule, he told me an hour and a half. After an hour and a half I asked him h hours it would take for my car to be ready to make arrangements in my schedule, he told me an hour and a half. After an hour and a half I asked him how much longer it would take and he told me that he was about to leave but it would take another hour. Really if the agent had told me that he would take 3 hours I would have no problem because I could decide if I stayed or make arrangements in my schedule but not having the courtesy to warn me is what bothered me. The worst thing was that I asked him and he didn't answer me with sincerity and it wasn't until I looked for another agent that told me that my car was already there that he deigned to confirm and give me the car, they didn't even wash it or anything when somewhere else they wash the car and leave it nice, it seems that they don't care about their people, I was not asking for more than a simple apology we are late in checking it or something like that, I only saw that the people who attended after me left and I was left there without telling me anything, I did the appointment from a week earlier I really didn’t like that agent I missed miss miridiam More
