Came for an oil change. They didn’t refill my wiper fluid like they normally do. Seemed like a rushed job, maybe? They didn’t refill my wiper fluid like they normally do. Seemed like a rushed job, maybe? More

My experiences at the service area for Don Davis have not been great. Left after an oil change and my car powered down in the middle of the highway during rush hour - done typically after oil changes when so been great. Left after an oil change and my car powered down in the middle of the highway during rush hour - done typically after oil changes when something is not done correctly. Then, found out the tires purchased with my car 36,000 miles ago were completely worn - even though they should have been good for at 65,000 miles. The care guard covered two of my tires, but had to pay for the other two. It took 3 hours for tires to be replaced. Horrible experience! I would love to talk with a manager or member of leadership based on these experiences. More
