Oil changes never used to take an hour and a half. When mentioned that, I was told “it’s been that way for two years”. They used to use paper on the floors and put your seat back in the drivers posit When mentioned that, I was told “it’s been that way for two years”. There’s no estimate for what the procedure is going to cost so that’s always a surprise when the car is done. More
