Last week my 30 year old daughter’s small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! The next day MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ connected us with  GM ALLEN GOOCH  of BOB RORHMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA and his BEST salesperson LOGAN VANDEMEER. Two days later these 2 magnificent individuals found my daughter’s dream ride! LOGAN VANDEMEER is THE ONLY person you need to see when looking for ANY vehicle in Indiana. We made an offer on a 2022 Kia Sorrento plug-in hybrid, only to find at the last minute that there were more than $2100 in "Accessory" fees, including an undercarriage coating we had not asked for and more only to find at the last minute that there were more than $2100 in "Accessory" fees, including an undercarriage coating we had not asked for and more than $500 in a recovery tracker. (I can understand why a dealer would want to install a recovery tracker when they're financing the car, so they will always be able to locate and repossess a car when someone has not paid their bill. But for customers who are paying cash for the car, it's completely irrelevant.) When we complained about these fees we were told that they are totally standard protections, in the best interest of the customer, etc. Very disappointing. They did apologize at least for not having mentioned anything about the extra fees until it was time to pay for the car. Another customer wound up buying it. More
