I had a agreed on the purchase of a truck and spoke with the salesperson - Logan on Wednesday and advised Logan that I would be there Saturday and asked what i needed to do to be able to pick it up Saturday the salesperson - Logan on Wednesday and advised Logan that I would be there Saturday and asked what i needed to do to be able to pick it up Saturday. Logan stated just to run my crefit application and after he took my personal information down for the credit application - He advised me that he wpuld get all the paperwork ready o i just had to come in and sign Saturday. When I arrived Saturday, I was informed by Mike that the truck was being test driven and if they didnt want it then I could purchase because they had first dibbs. When I explained that I had spoke with Logan on Wednesday and he told me that he would have the papers for me to sign and pick up the truck on Saturday. I live about 45 min away from the dealership sonthisnisnwhy i asked what i needed to be able to pick it up on Saturday. Mike rudely stated I had no appt nor any down payment, when I stated that I was never asked for a down payment nor to setup a time to come get the truck and i was only requested all information for my credit to be run and get the finance paperwork completed prior to me picking it up so i only had to sign the paperwork so I wouldn't be there that long on Saturday. Mike was more interested in the profit rather than the deal he and Logan made with myself. After stating that - they both walked off. No professionalism nor any concern but in the bottom line. I would not purchase anything from this dealership. More
