This was my second purchase from Mt. View. I first found Mt. View in 2017, via the internet, when I was actively shopping for a truck and local dealers were not willing to talk price. Mt. View advertised a Mt. View in 2017, via the internet, when I was actively shopping for a truck and local dealers were not willing to talk price. Mt. View advertised a price nearly $3000. less than the best local offer. I called them and confirmed the price. We closed the deal by phone and e-mail and my Sales person even met me "half-way" to deliver the truck. This time, Ford was making a promotion to certain past customers and Mt. View called me to see if was interested. I wasn't "hot to trade" but I did have a need for a super cab so I went to their web page and discovered a truck that interested me. I was contacted by my sales agent, John Goodwin (assigned to me after my sales person left Mt. View) and over the next few weeks we arrived at an agreeable trade price and I drove 3.5 hours to Chattanooga, completed the paper work, left my trade, picked up my new 2020 F-150 SuperCab and drove back home. A long day but worth it. More

Don’t need 25 words had to travel a long way but in the end it worked out. Car is everything we hoped it would be our trade in was in great condition for a 5 year old car.
