There was a small setback of when I could come back to pick up my car, due to a recall that was out of their control. Because of my crazy work schedule they made it work so I could pick it up the next day even though it was not convenient for them. Highly recommend! More

There was absolutely no pressure by the salesperson (Lolita) who was exceptionally professional yet very personable. She spent hours first tutoring me with my car's technology, even setting up me settings, then did the same for my wife! While she could have been on the floor going after another potential "sale", she stayed to be sure we knew about all Volvo has to offer. She even called the following day to see how we are doing. I have purchased many cars in my time but never came across such a wonderful salesperson in Lolita. A truly exceptional and enjoyable experience. More

Second time around This is now my second time around with this staff. First time was for a 2012 used S60 and the staff was awesome. With this time around I got a new 201 This is now my second time around with this staff. First time was for a 2012 used S60 and the staff was awesome. With this time around I got a new 2018 XC60 and Lolita walk me around the vechike to ensure I knew all the starter features and where they are located as well. Lolita then sat me inside the vechile and walked me through all features and settings in the new Senus center control screen. I did tell her I had an issue with connecting the vehicles internet through my phone and didn’t stop until we figured out a suitable solution. I would highly recommend them to friends and family! Several other members of my family also bought cars from them and they had just as great experiences! Also if you need service done it’s as simple as schedule online, drop off and stay in those amazing waiting room or take a loaner until yours is done. More

Lolita was great when we arrived to pick it up, took the car to detailing to fix a couple scuffs, and went over all of the car's features with us. Jennifer helped us with finance, and everything was exactly as we agreed to in advance. No hidden fees, window etch charges, nitrogen tire fills, extended warranties, or any other tricks! Well worth the drive for a stress free buying experience! More
