I was referred to Volvo of Lisle years ago as the only honest Volvo dealership in the area. Since then, I have bought one or two used cars and leased two new ones from them. The latest is a leased 2010 XC honest Volvo dealership in the area. Since then, I have bought one or two used cars and leased two new ones from them. The latest is a leased 2010 XC70 wagon. I knew my lease was running out in February of '10 and began working with Lolita months in advance to get the best deal I could from Volvo of Lisle. I became an enormous and persistent pest, turning down offer after offer. Finally, just before the close of '09, I got an offer from Lolita which was very good and had to be accepted by the end of the year. I did accept it and am now driving the car. Throughout it all, Lolita maintained her sense of humor (which is great) and never got annoyed at having to go back to the drawing board. She even drove me down to the drop-off terminal for the old leased car. I really enjoyed working with her, would do so again and highly recommend her. Ken and Tom were also a pleasure to work with, and the service department has been as well. More
