This was our second Volvo in 15 years. Lolita was our salesperson both times and was phenomenal each time we purchased. The Volvo’s were/are my wife’s vehicles and she was the primary person who had to be sold as she has a severe distrust of dealerships since she worked in one of the most questionable dealers when she was In high school and college. Volvo and Lolita especially sold her on being fair and honest and not overbearing. Both times we went in “just to look” and came out with new cars. In having our previous Volvo serviced , it was a great experience and I hope it continues with our new one. Definitely recommend. More
