Very happy with my Sales Consultant Lolita. She was pleasant to work with, knowledgable about the various models, and answered all my questions. The sales manager Ken Kowal was friendly and professional, and helped me resolve a few problems I encountered. Great overall experience and process. Only problem was the finance manager emailing the purchase documents in a protected file that I could not open, and it took 2 days to get them printed out. I would highly recommend Lolita and Volvo Cars of Lisle for anyone looking for a vehicle. More
