I hope Katrina will reach out and at least reimburse the $30 i spent at a supercharger for an hour after i left. Btw, Lake Havasu City has only one pulic charger, not a supercharger. This means without a J1772 to Tesla NACAS adapter I only charge at home, using the cord they have retrieve. I found that out on my way home when i almost ran out of power and had no way to charge cause there was no adapter. Although your salesperson, Ever, claims the car doesnt come with adapters, it actually did when it was new. So imagine, what if I never through a fit about the original charge cable being in the car? Imagine if I never made it home, I had 6 miles to spare, because I didnt have the adapter pack provided by tesla that Ive spent more money to buy? And thank goodness for Shawn/Sean in finance who owns a tesla and walked me thru set up. Disappointing? You bet. Dangerous? Liability?
