never again Salesman never followed up to thank us or see if we were satisfied or had any problem. But he did insist that he should get the high rating when we get the satisfaction questionaire! Service department not very knowledgeable about their vehicles as a matter fact I was told that my oil level was fine even though it was well above the overfill mark (went into have oil and filter changed). Also was told that they had not heard about Honda's CR-V problem with gas dilution in crankcase or that China had stopped sales of CR-Vs until the problem was solved! Also finance manager was not very helpful when I needed missing paperwork (did not return calls)! And the missing paperwork still bothers me how that happened. More

Unbelievably easy. Found the car I wanted online. Received a response instantly. Brandon asked me a few questions, sent me the application, I filled it out on my phone Found the car I wanted online.
