Friendly, knowledgeable and caring I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled to share the professional and caring way I was treated at DCH Acura dealership in Montclair recently. I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled to share the professional and caring way I was treated at DCH Acura dealership in Montclair recently. I needed to move into a bigger family vehicle and on a Monday evening after work I stopped into the showroom. The manager Robert took time to show me the various models and explain the different purchase or lease options. He introduced me to Lora who with a friendly demeanor took me for a test drive of the RDX and MDX, clearly explaining all the features and merits of each model. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and more importantly to me caring that the vehicle would need my needs. I decided on the new MDX in blue and couldn't be happier. Hamad handled the lease financing agreement quickly explaining each part thoroughly as it was my first time leasing a vehicle. In the essence of time, Lora suggested I go home for dinner with my family and she would deliver the car to my house within the hour! Wow, I have never had such customer service and so I highly recommend Lora, Robert and the team at DCH Acura. More

I was actually on the verge of leaving the brand when I was convinced otherwise (had issues my leased 2015 TLX Tech ). We negotiated a 2017 RDX Advanced with which I’m more than satisfied. Lora and team were always available and responsive to my concerns and needs. A side note… this is my fifth lease with DCH. I’ve been with you guys since 2004. Great job! What else is there to say other than… DCH has an awesome sales team. More
