I can't possibly say enough good things about her who's name is Lora Moore , she helped a lot in the whole process, she was kind, thorough, patient and explained to me how the car works. The Finance person Hamad Matari was also terrific and pleasurable dealing with finalizing everything including maintenance plans, extended warranty etc.,. In between visits and phone calls my infrequent dealings with Robert Westervelt the office manager were most informative, sincere, reassuring and pleasantly humorous. I have been car shopping for the last month and the DCH Montclair Acura staff handled themselves better than any other dealership I have gone to. I truly felt heard and supported by these fine sales people. Never did I feel any pressure. It was more like working with friends. Car buying can be very stressful, but our experience was fantastic! Be proud of the service you are providing. , I felt very comfortable, thank you so much, you folks did an extraordinary job. So I'll just finish by saying that I will definitely be referring other prospective buyers to your particular dealership, thanks again. More

First time purchasing a car! I had a great experience! The car was posted online and I fell in love once I first saw it mind you I live like an hour away from the dealer. The car I had a great experience! The car was posted online and I fell in love once I first saw it mind you I live like an hour away from the dealer. The car of my choice was a Scion XB 2005 very low mileage and intact condition, stick shift, electric, & spacious. (The pictures were great quality.) When I went to the dealer I knew I wasn't going to go home with out it. My experience was great and everyone who helped me had a lot of patience. Miss. Moore was so kind and jolly and she had a bright smile, her attitude was more than welcoming! More than anything her follow up calls and how she answered/answers all my questions are great work ethic that she provides in sales/customer service. More

Worth the Trip Best experience of any car dealership visited! We were looking to replace a Honda but ended up here because 2016 Pilot was not available at the time Best experience of any car dealership visited! We were looking to replace a Honda but ended up here because 2016 Pilot was not available at the time. Also, sales people at other dealers were not so pleasant, easy to deal with, knowledgable or forthcoming with information. Everyone we encountered here was pleasant, professional and very approachable. We worked with Lora Moore who did everything right! She is knowledgeable, happily answered all questions and gave us as much information as she could. She seems very genuine and interested in satisfying customers as opposed to just selling another car. Also, the staff here appears to actually enjoy working here and with each other which results in such positive customer interaction. I've also had several follow up calls from Lora and the service department to answer any questions or provide additional information. Not only sales oriented, truly customer oriented. I highly recommend DCH Acura of Montclair and Lora Moore. More

As well the Acura we bought had advanced technology such as rear camera, cell service, setting seat positions and side mirrors whose operate Lora clearly explained.
