It was for my wife's birthday, and Lora even had a huge bow as surprise for her, and even had 3 smartphone camera guys stationed to get her reaction video! The manager Hamad was also very nice and helped us get all the extra warranty protection we wanted at no extra charge. The best part about it was that I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything or "pressured" into anything, but that I truly got the best deal. I did my research and shopped at various dealers and this was by far the most casual and honest environment. I was treated with respect here, and I really appreciate that. Even though we spent hours with Lora, she was so patient with us! We'll be coming back to her for our next Acura. More
