Once your vehicle has been dropped off for whatever service it needs, it is impossible to get an updated status. Service advisor is not available. Service manager isn't available either. I had a great experience with Knight Claremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was the vide Dodge Jeep Ram. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was the video they sent showing the completion of the work on my vehicle. It was a great touch and made me feel confident and reassured about the service that was done. Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and customer-focused. When I arrived home from the dealership I noticed a dent on my passenger side door that was not there when I arrived at the dealership. My car was only at the dealership to get serviced for an oil change wh on my passenger side door that was not there when I arrived at the dealership. My car was only at the dealership to get serviced for an oil change which took no longer than 2 hours. In those two hours this is his my truck is returned to me. Update: Lorena from knight Chrysler dodge ram reached out after my incident and made 100% sure my issue was taken care of. She made sure everything was in place and that I was happy with the service provided. More

When I got my jeep back the rubber part on the start button was ripped off. We asked for the manager but of course he wasn’t there. No one has called to update us on what’s going to happen. Also they sent my vehicle back with no gas. So on top of damaging my car, they send it back with no gas. More
