Excellent New Car Purchase Experience I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma this weekend and I have to admit the the experience was refreshing. I worked with Lorenzo Johnson making this the 5th I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma this weekend and I have to admit the the experience was refreshing. I worked with Lorenzo Johnson making this the 5th new Toyota I have purchased from him. Lorenzo is very easy going and listens to what the customer is looking for and then starts trying to match what Toyota South Atlanta can offer. He does not use the technique that most people expect from a car salesman which is "High Pressure". Instead; he works to make sure he understands your needs and that you leave having a pleasurable experience.....even if you do not purchase from him that day. I also work with Jason Tootle, Sales Manager, for the Tacoma purchase. He was very informative and worked with me to determine the best option for the purchase. Can't go without saying that I use the Toyota South Service Department to service all of my vehicles and have for many years. I always try to go to John Mannering, Service Manager, with my vehicles. I consider him not only as an subject matter expert, but also a friend. I trust him when he tells me something needs to be done to one of my vehicles. You can too. TB More

Mr. Johnson has a wonderful and kind spirit. He was right there with us from the time we found what we wanted and left the dealership at the end of the night.
