Did not perform the maintenance that I asked. Then charged me over $90 for my service and claimed the oil filters and such were covered by the warranty, therefore I was cheated out of some of my Then charged me over $90 for my service and claimed the oil filters and such were covered by the warranty, therefore I was cheated out of some of my Ford Points on the Ford Pass app. Now I have to return again to have the maintenance performed that I asked for to begin with in order to keep my warranty intact. More

Lori was great and very helpful! I know the problem with the power steering issue is a fault of Ford Corporate and I was tried to be very patient without my car since Lori was able I know the problem with the power steering issue is a fault of Ford Corporate and I was tried to be very patient without my car since Lori was able to loan me a runner car! I believe GP did all they could, except one tiny thing that can turn into a huge thing regarding customer appreciation! Since the problem was no fault of my own, I had to bring my car in very fast and very dirty since I live on a dirt/rocky road when the power steering went out and needed to get it in asap since it was right before Christmas! It would have made a huge impact on me as a customer if I had picked up my car 3 weeks later, cleaned by GP to show their appreciation and, since they represent Ford who are the reason I had to bring it in and do without it for 3 weeks, as an apology for my trouble, although they are just the dealership and it was no fault of theirs! Those kind of things do wonders to ensure return customers, especially for women! I understand that I brought it in dirty and should not care that I received it back just as dirty but favors like that can make or break a dealership, customers don’t forget courtesies such as that, as small as they are! Thank you for getting the problem solved this time, I really appreciate it! I did have to ask again for the tires to be rotated because it still needed to be done since it hadn’t been the last time I took it in for oil/filter change at 10K miles. I asked that it be done while the power steering was being fixed since it would already be there, but, it had not been done yet when I finally called to find out if it was fixed and found out the part wasn’t in yet but the tires still had not been rotated. I’m sure they would have been before I picked it up, but, if I hadn’t asked again I’m just not sure of it since it should have been done at my last oil change! I’ve never heard of tires going 10K miles and still not needing to be rotated! Maybe it happens now but, as I said, I live on a rocky/dirty road and the rocks are hard on the tires so 10K seems like a lot of miles without a rotation! Thank you! Dana McReynolds More
