This was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional car buying experience I've ever had. The salespeople were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely non-responsive to my questions or concerns. It car buying experience I've ever had. It felt like they just wanted to rush the sale and move on, with zero regard for customer service. I was forced to buy an appearance package I didn’t want, and they refused to negotiate or even explain it properly. To make matters worse, the car they sold me had a visible dent — which they brushed off — and came with locking wheel nuts but no key to remove them. When I brought it up, they acted like it was my problem now. Once they had my money, any communication or support completely vanished. I’ve never dealt with such a careless and dishonest dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better. More
