I sent my car back to get back up camera looked at again bc the sensor was not working properly in a camera recalled camera they replaced. It was still faulty and would not stand by it until I paid them 250 bc the sensor was not working properly in a camera recalled camera they replaced. It was still faulty and would not stand by it until I paid them 250 for a diagnostic fee after I was told the part was on order. I waited a couple of weeks, I was told they would not honor fixing the recalled camera they installed unless I paid 250 for diagnostic test. I told them what was wrong. I did not need a diagnostic test. Bad business. I will tell everyone I know they refused to honor their own product. More

Lorianna and Grace helped me and they were both kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the recommendations so I know what is due on my car. Had a 9:30 am appt for oil change that took almost 5 hours. She asked what is the very latest I needed it back and I said 2:00pm. They didn't send me the suggested service option until 1:55 PM and we di hours. She asked what is the very latest I needed it back and I said 2:00pm. They didn't send me the suggested service option until 1:55 PM and we did not walk out there until 2:15 PM which is absolutely outrageous. If you want to upsell customers to complete other services, you probably shouldn't take five hours for an oil change because people are much more likely to purchase a digital services on their vehicle. If an oil change is done in a timely manner. In order for the extra things to be done I probably would've had to keep my vehicle there, which is very disappointing. If you wanna make more money, I highly recommend not saving the quick oil change appointment as last priority. More

Your service department has become too pushy with upselling unnecessary repairs. My vehicle was scheduled for inspection. I was later informed about some recommendations that had nothing to do with my inspection that really should have been addressed during my scheduled I was later informed about some recommendations that had nothing to do with my inspection that really should have been addressed during my scheduled oil changes. Additionally the person making the video spoke entirely too fast while doing quick pointing with pen flashlight. Recommend technician make customers aware during oil changes not during state inspections. Time consuming. If an item is stated to be 'yellow' after speaking with service rep, however technician noted as 'red' seems to be contrary to the purpose of green, yellow and red. I miss HALL! There were NO service charges to use credit card. Customers should not have this charge passed to customers. More
