This is our 2nd vehicle from Pellegrino GMC Buick but the first time I ever ordered a new vehicle from the factory. Craig Fahr went over everything in the ordering process. Lou contacted us to let us know our vehicle was coming in 4 weeks early and would be available for pick up. We went in to pickup our new vehicle and Lou took the license plates off my trade in and noticed I was a firefighter and told us about a first responder discount of $500 and $75 paperwork fee instead of $499. Also a $750 rebate for financing with GM Financial and $ 500 rebate for opening a GM card. Lou found us $1750 in rebates and a week later we received a check for $424 reimbursement for paperwork fee. I highly recommend Lou Cerota and Craig Fahr and the rest of the Pellegrino team.👍🏻 More
