Came in today to look at a GMC Acadia and was lucky enough to meet Lou. I can’t say enough great things about him. Lou was extremely friendly, felt like I was visiting an old friend. He even let me take the vehicle to my local mechanic to get an independent inspection. Negotiations weren’t dragged out like a typical dealership and I was able to close on a number I was happy with. The team at Pellegrino took good care of the car getting it prepped and ready for me to take home, making sure everything was clean; even cleaning sticker residue off the windshield. Lou even took the time to go over the car’s features and help me set up my GMC app and OnStar.
