After giving the dealership more than 2 days notice I would have expected the car to actually be prepped and ready for me upon delivery. My car was not prepared at all. There are plastic coverings on almost every surface. My plates were installed with the screws half put in. Upon a scheduled pick up I was handed off to a sales person who I’ve never met and she seemed annoyed that she was helping me and rushed though explaining how to setup the Kia Connect. I still can’t get my Digital Key to work. More
