On a whim we thought about buying a new car. Within three hours of talking on the phone and viewing the cars we had a brand new MALIBU. Lou made everything super easy and fast. Exactly why we asked to work with him again. Not only him but everyone else was extremely friendly. Will be back for sure. More

Deceived and scammed It should have been obvious when I had to go inside to get a salesman. My experience was not good at all but it was partly my fault. I told the the salesman where I needed to be in payment and the length. With no back and forth, he agreed. I explained I was just looking and didn't want to buy. He kept insisting and the sales manager comes out and asks if he could get the payment lower, would I take the deal. I agreed. When I went into the finance office, the finance officer convinced me to purchase an extended warranty at $25.95 per month. When he hands me the final contract, the contract was for 3 extra months and a warranty that was $43.65. I should have caught it... I didn't. I signed and left. I came back the next day and asked for help. THEY COMPLETELY REFUSED!!! They made me stand around for hours to tell me nothing. So... deception and lies!! Several lies were told during the process. Don't have enough time to tell it all. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
